Maria Sharapova, Russian tennis icon, will make her pickleball debut in February of 2024.
She will team up with John McEnroe to face off against Steffi Graf and Andre Agassi in Miami during the Pickleball Slam 2, held at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
Despite her nervousness, Sharapova is looking forward to the game and competing alongside McEnroe, whose team has been dubbed "The Mac Attack." This marks Sharapova's return to the sports scene since her retirement from professional tennis after the 2020 Australian Open.
